Opening your free account with Jabba8 is easy, fast and secure.On the home page, click on the ""Join Now"" button; follow the registration steps then hit on ""Submit"" button. Thats easy to Join Jabba8!

2. Are there any restrictions on where I am located?

Jabba8 welcomes players worldwide however regulations and restrictions in relation to gaming vary from Country to Country. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the laws applicable to you concerning gaming or betting do not prohibit you from opening an account and wagering with Jabba8. We do not accept customer from Philippines, Taiwan, United States of America, Singapore and Hong Kong.

3. How do I change my password?

To change your password, login into your account at Jabba8 and select "Change Password", make the necessary changes and click the "submit" button to complete the update.

If you have set your Security Question and Answer you will be able to reset your password by clicking the ""Forgot Password?"" link on the Home Page. Please click here, you will be prompted the next time you login to change your password.

5. How do I update, change and or complete my registered details?

Please log in to your Jabba8 account and click on "Edit Profile" to make changes. After changing and confirming, please click the "Submit" button to complete your update operation.

6. What are the available methods for currency MYR?

Local-Pay is available for customers with Jabba8 accounts in the following currencies:
- MYR (Malaysia Ringgit)
Please follow the below guidelines:
1. Please obtain our bank transfer details by contacting Jabba Customer Service via Whatsapp @ +60164475872 .
2. Please arrange for the deposit of your funds into the provided bank account and indicate your Full Name during the deposit.
3. Login into Jabba8 account, select Local-Pay under the Deposit menu and enter all the requested information.
4. Please scan and send us a copy of the deposit transaction receipt to Whatsapp @ +60164475872.

*Your Bank Transfer deposit will be processed and credited into your Jabba8 account when the funds are received by our bank. Please allow 1.5 minutes for processing of Bank Transfer deposits.

7. How do I withdraw funds from my jabba8.com account?

You can withdraw funds from your Jabba8 account through a few methods:
- Instant Bank Transfer
- Local Bank Transfer

8. How do I withdraw funds using Local Bank Transfer?

Local Bank Transfer is available to Jabba8 members registered from the following countries:
- MYR (Malaysia Ringgit)

To request for a withdrawal to be paid into your bank account, select Local Bank Transfer under the Withdrawal menu. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and provide your bank account information:
- Bank Account Name
- Bank Account Number
- Bank Name

Once your withdrawal has been verified, your funds will be sent directly to your bank account in your local currency. Please allow 15 to 30 minutes for your money to be reflected in your account depending on your bank processing time. Our company only allowed three (3) withdrawals per day for each member.

Please note:
You may incur exchange gains or losses for any bank transfer withdrawal request.
You will bear the bank fee charged by your bank

9. Are there any rollover requirements for Withdrawals?

Jabba8 ensures the security of member identity and account information by reserving the right to review accounts. Withdrawals must meet a 1-time rollover requirement, calculated based on the current balance and any subsequent deposits since the last successful withdrawal. Any withdrawal request that does not meet this requirement will incur an administrative fee of 50% of the current balance. The withdrawal policy can be found on the Jabba8 website.

Example 1: ""A member who has a balance of RM 1,000 and makes a deposit of RM 2,000 on January 1st 12:00 PM, with a total balance of RM 3,000, will not incur administrative fees if the rollover requirement is met during a withdrawal request.""

Example 2: ""A member who has a balance of RM 1,000 and makes a deposit of RM 2,000 on January 1st 12:00 PM, with a total balance of RM 3,000, will incur a 50% administrative fee (RM 1,500) if the rollover requirement is not met during a withdrawal request.""
